The BathSelect Sensor Faucet with Soap Dispenser (BS138SF) was selected for a commercial restroom where reliability, finish durability, and service access mattered as much as appearance. Its sensor response is stable and well-controlled, with a practical activation range that helps reduce false triggering while still keeping handwashing intuitive for users. The body construction feels substantial, and the commercial finish package adds both design value and better resistance to visible wear in demanding environments. The mounting and connection arrangement is practical for installers, and the fixture is easier to service than many decorative sensor units that sacrifice access for appearance. That reduces downtime when routine maintenance is needed. Support was another strength. BathSelect’s team provided solid product guidance and helped resolve setup questions efficiently, which is exactly what commercial buyers want from a fixture supplier. Overall, the product aligns well with high-intent commercial requirements: responsive sensor operation, durable materials, easier service access, and finish quality suited to hospitality, office, and healthcare environments. As a Building Engineer, we struggled with false activation on prior units causing water waste. This BathSelect faucet has shown zero false triggers over months, with precise infrared sensing and stable flow. It reduced maintenance calls and improved efficiency.
