Please read all the important details on how to maintain the quality of your new product.
Proof of product purchase is required in order to obtain any of the
benefits set forth below. (Commercial applications limit the duration
of the warranty, as specified below.)
BathSelect® Manufacturer Warranty Information
Shower Sets, Shower Heads, Motion Sensor Faucets, Bath Faucets,
Bathroom Fixtures, Bath Sinks and Vanities.
All bathroom products are backed by our Product Warranty®, covering the finish
and function. The following warranty information will provide importantly
details on how to maintain the quality
of your new product.
Bathroom fixtures will be free of all defects in material and workmanship that would impair
the intended and proper use of the product as well as warrants against
deterioration of the product’s finish for as long as the original purchaser
owns the home in which the product is originally installed.
If the product is installed in a commercial application, the above warranty shall be
limited to a period of one (1) year for mechanical and one (1) year for
finish from the date of purchase of the product.
Although LED lights should last the lifetime of the fixture however
LED lights are never included in the manufacturer's warranty.
Maintenance:
Regular use of a soft cloth rinsed in warm water and/or typical non-abrasive
dishwashing soap (i.e. Dawn, Palmolive) will keep finish
looking clean and new.
The use of abrasive cleaners, organic solvents, or acid to clean, shine
or polish such finishes will void the BathSelect® warranty as to such finishes.
Damages / Defects:
Any potential damage/flaw must be reported to us within 7 days after
delivery to qualify for free replacements. Please note damages
caused by installation error, or misuse are not covered under
warranty. BathSelect® reserves the right to determine
the potential cause of any damage/defect reported.

Warranty Replacements:
For any warranty replacement order, BathSelect® is to be notified. BathSelect®
offers a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all purchased products.
Normal wear and tear, abuse and misuse are not covered under warranty.

BathSelect® will not be liable for other damages or losses, including, but not
limited to: labor charges, installation, incidental and/or consequential
damages regardless of the legal theory asserted, including any
claim or breach of warranty hereunder or any other cause,
and whether arising in contract or in tort
(including negligence and strict liability).
BathSelect® has the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.
This warranty gives specific legal rights and other rights,
which may vary from state to state.
For those states that do not allow limitations or exclusions of incidental or
consequential damages, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply.
BathSelect® Customer Support is ready to assist any customer by providing
detailed specification sheets and diagrams for all sold products
pertaining to our products installation.
However, limited products produced in our factories overseas are not
guaranteed to meet US inspection requirements. All customers are
responsible for install and removal costs of our products
in case products do not pass inspection due to lack of
specific certification paperwork.
During the construction of your new home or when installing your fixtures it is possible
that debris (dirt, sand, stones, etc.) may have fallen into the water lines.
BathSelect® suggests that you conduct precautionary measures to avoid
such issues. Damages caused by installation error, or misuse are not
covered under warranty.
BathSelect® reserves the right to determine the potential cause of
any damage/defect reported. BathSelect® is not responsible for any
reinstallation or removal charges.
The above warranties do not cover labor charges or damage resulting from improper maintenance,
repair, cleaning, or installation, misuse, abuse, alterations, or accidents.
