Once several healthcare restroom projects began experiencing finish oxidation and unstable sensing behavior with older bronze fixtures, we upgraded to 17 units of the ORB Sensor Faucet between 2023 and 2025. As of 2026, the faucets continue to demonstrate reliable operation with low maintenance requirements.The oil-rubbed bronze finish maintained strong resistance against moisture exposure and disinfectant-cleaning products, while infrared responsiveness remained highly accurate during continuous high-cycle usage. Water flow also remained balanced without irregular interruption.From a technical maintenance standpoint, sensor calibration and shutoff timing remained highly predictable across facilities operating under different supply-pressure conditions. Only minor commissioning adjustments were required during installation.

First off, the shipping was so slow it took about two weeks before our order arrived. That was kind of frustrating, having to wait so long for this. As for the faucet,  been working properly since it was installed. We didn't have any problems with the installation, and the sensor was working well right out of the box.

Ordered from BathSelect when we did our men bathroom remodel. Their prices had been good before also because  done some pricing check at that time. So, we bought the same product again for women bathroom of ours.  Nonetheless,  nice that their website pops up the accessories that can go along with a line of faucets and stuff. I feel that every bathroom should have one of these in it. This attractive commercial Oil Rubbed Bronze sensor faucet are so convenient and most of all, hygienic. It senses when your hand is under it and out comes the water. You honestly don't even have to come in contact with it. The sensor works better than even the best sink sensor at Walmart.
