✥ Sensor Calibration Procedure? +
Complete commissioning after the basin, countertop and surrounding fixtures are installed. The micro-computer controlled infrared system automatically optimizes its sensing field according to lavatory color and geometry while allowing field adjustment where required.
◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush the supply piping before final connection, verify the 1/2-inch NPT supply connection, inspect inlet filtration and confirm stable dynamic water pressure before commissioning the electronic valve assembly.
◯ Flow Rate Verification? +
The standard mesh aerator is rated at 2.2 GPM. If field discharge becomes restricted, inspect the aerator, 50-mesh filtration and available dynamic water pressure before servicing the electronic valve.
↻ Continuous Flow Diagnostics? +
Clean the infrared sensor window, remove permanent objects from the detection field and inspect the solenoid for debris or incomplete seating. The controller limits continuous operation to approximately 60 seconds.
⌁ Sensor Detection Range? +
The digital plug-and-play sensor system provides an approximately 2–6 inch sensing range. The factory detection setting can also be adjusted to suit basin depth, reflectivity and installation geometry.
⌂ Response & Shutoff Timing? +

Older hands-free gooseneck faucets installed in our healthcare facilities frequently developed inconsistent activation zones and premature solenoid wear under heavy daily usage. After upgrading to the Sensor Faucet Goldbetween 2022 and 2024, long-term reliability improved considerably.The faucet maintained highly accurate infrared responsiveness throughout continuous high-cycle operation, while the gooseneck design improved hand clearance and reduced splash accumulation around sink areas. Its gold finish also held up exceptionally well against aggressive cleaning schedules and moisture-heavy environments. From a technical standpoint, the sensing module maintained stable activation accuracy across varying sink depths and installation heights. Earlier commercial faucets often required recalibration under those conditions, but this Sensor Faucet delivered consistent performance throughout multiple facilities.
