✥ Sensor Calibration Procedure? +
Complete sensor commissioning after the basin, countertop and backsplash are installed. The infrared sensing field is adjustable; confirm reliable hand detection without unintended activation from reflective basin surfaces.
◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush the water supply before final connection, verify the 1/2-inch NPT inlet connection, inspect the built-in strainer for debris and confirm stable dynamic pressure before sensor commissioning.
◯ Flow Rate Verification? +
The faucet is specified with a 2.2 GPM standard mesh aerator. If delivered flow is reduced, inspect the aerator, inlet strainer, service valve and available dynamic water pressure.
↻ Automatic Shutoff Operation? +
Normal sensor response is approximately 0.3 second with an approximately 2-second closing delay. An anti-vandal maximum continuous running period provides additional protection against unattended water flow.
⌁ Sensor Detection Range? +

Following several healthcare restroom retrofit projects where older hands-free faucets repeatedly developed inconsistent infrared response and premature solenoid wear, we upgraded multiple facilities to the Rubbed Bronzebetween 2023 and 2025.The faucet delivered substantially stronger long-term commercial reliability during continuous high-cycle usage. Sensor activation remained highly accurate, while the gooseneck spout geometry improved hand clearance and reduced splash accumulation around countertop areas. The internal valve assembly also maintained smoother shutoff timing than previous commercial fixtures we had maintained.A technical improvement became especially noticeable during extended operation: the sensing module maintained stable responsiveness across varying sink depths and mounting heights, helping standardize restroom performance throughout multiple facilities.

Works great! Purchased 3 sets of Commercial Automatic Sensor faucet for my playschool. It is also well made and installed quickly! It keeps the sink area clean and is super easy to use. So that everyone wouldn’t be touching the faucetwith germy hands, especially the little kids.
