What makes this model useful in commercial settings is the balance between responsiveness and restraint. Activation is quick without being overly sensitive, and the gold finish supports longer-term appearance retention in environments where standard finishes often start showing fatigue too early. Installation is straightforward with familiar connection points, and the internal layout is serviceable enough that maintenance teams can troubleshoot or access components without wasting time. That matters for lifecycle cost as much as first-day appearance. BathSelect’s support team was also helpful during setup, providing clear answers on configuration, finish questions, and calibration expectations instead of generic responses. Overall, the product aligns well with high-intent commercial requirements: responsive sensor operation, durable materials, easier service access, and finish quality suited to hospitality, office, and healthcare environments.
