Complete commissioning after the basin, countertop and backsplash are fully installed. The micro-computer controlled infrared sensor automatically determines an appropriate detection zone according to the lavatory color and geometry.

Flush the plumbing before final connection, inspect hoses and supply fittings for debris or leakage, confirm adequate dynamic pressure and verify unrestricted flow through the solenoid assembly before completing sensor commissioning.

Confirm a smooth controlled discharge without excessive splashback at the installed basin. If flow becomes restricted, inspect the outlet aerator, supply line, inlet filtration and available dynamic water pressure.

During luxury hospitality upgrades completed between 2023 and 2025, we replaced several decorative gold sensor faucets that repeatedly developed finish degradation and irregular activation near mirrored backsplashes. The Cancun Commercial immediately demonstrated stronger long-term operational consistency.The faucet maintained accurate infrared responsiveness during continuous guest usage, while the polished gold surface resisted corrosion, spotting, and coating wear significantly better than earlier luxury fixtures we had maintained. Water delivery also remained smooth without excessive splashback around vessel-style sinks.A technical advantage became especially noticeable during long-term servicing evaluations: the sensing module retained highly stable calibration near reflective stone and glass surfaces where earlier decorative sensor faucets frequently produced delayed activation or false triggering behavior.
