In case of waterfall showerheads, it depends on whether it is wall or ceiling-mounted. In ceiling-mounted showerheads, it is impossible to reach the showerhead to change the setting so single-function showerheads are available. Wall-mounted showerheads can have more than one function as they are relatively lower.

Like in any typical shower, the waterfall showerheads have the following features:
