I was sorely disappointed with the first order, and to think that we waited a few extra days for it to come. The sensor wasn't working properly when they installed it, and they took it out and checked and installed it again but still they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. And looking at the package I don't think it was damaged during transport because the package seems okay. I then called them up and after a long discussion they agreed to replace it. The replacement works fine, but still it was a huge bother on our part.
