5 of 5 NextGen Infrared Response April 28, 2024
Reviewer: Morgan, Clark from Columbus, Ohio
After evaluating the BathSelect Sensor Faucet (BS127SDM) in a high-use installation, the strongest takeaway was how well the design balances sensor performance with finish quality and maintenance practicality. From an engineering perspective, the sensing system, valve control, and exterior construction are aligned for steady daily use. The commercial finish package is not just cosmetic; it helps the fixture hold up better in restrooms that see frequent cleaning and continuous traffic. For contractors and maintenance staff, the unit is easier to work with than many low-grade sensor fixtures. Access, stability, and overall fitment support a smoother install and a more predictable ownership experience. Customer support added confidence on the specification side as well. BathSelect responded with useful technical guidance rather than canned replies, which makes a difference during procurement and installation. Overall, it performs like a well-considered commercial restroom fixture: dependable activation, durable construction, and a finish package that supports both design intent and long-term ownership value.

5 of 5 Core Hybrid Operation April 26, 2024
Reviewer: Benjamin, Miller from Cambridge, Massachusetts
For a project that required hands-free performance and a finish that would still present well after repeated daily use, the BathSelect Sensor Faucet (BS127SDM) proved to be a strong fit. What makes this model useful in commercial settings is the balance between responsiveness and restraint. Activation is quick without being overly sensitive, and the commercial finish package supports longer-term appearance retention in environments where standard finishes often start showing fatigue too early. Serviceability is one of the better aspects here. The unit is designed in a way that supports cleaner installation and more efficient follow-up maintenance, which is important when managing multiple restrooms across one property. BathSelect’s support team was also helpful during setup, providing clear answers on configuration, finish questions, and calibration expectations instead of generic responses. Overall, the product aligns well with high-intent commercial requirements: responsive sensor operation, durable materials, easier service access, and finish quality suited to hospitality, office, and healthcare environments.

5 of 5 Dynamic Motion System April 24, 2024
Reviewer: Brandon, Garcia from Cleveland, Ohio
The BathSelect Sensor Faucet (BS127SDM) was selected for a commercial restroom where reliability, finish durability, and service access mattered as much as appearance. From an engineering perspective, the sensing system, valve control, and exterior construction are aligned for steady daily use. The commercial finish package is not just cosmetic; it helps the fixture hold up better in restrooms that see frequent cleaning and continuous traffic. The mounting and connection arrangement is practical for installers, and the fixture is easier to service than many decorative sensor units that sacrifice access for appearance. That reduces downtime when routine maintenance is needed. Customer support added confidence on the specification side as well. BathSelect responded with useful technical guidance rather than canned replies, which makes a difference during procurement and installation. Overall, this model delivers the kind of commercial-grade sensor faucet performance, finish durability, and maintenance efficiency that architects, contractors, and facility teams look for when sourcing a hands-free bathroom fixture.

Since switching to BathSelect, service calls have dropped and reliability has improved, lowering total cost of ownership.

5 of 5 Nice January 17, 2020
Reviewer: Trisha from Maryland
I actually can't find any words to put in the title, but  that's more than enough to describe what  about this faucet.  a pretty nice faucet, the design looks okay and it works great. But that's about it. In any case,  a good faucet and  selling for a reasonable price, so I guess that's enough reason to like it.

5 of 5 Looks unique August 19, 2018

the first of its kind that  ever had installed in the bathroom. I was thinking of a different faucet but when I saw this one and that it was on sale, I though that maybe this would be a better choice. So far  right.

5 of 5 Great value October 7, 2016
Reviewer: Vince from Brookings
I was looking for a new bathtub faucet, but  on a limited budget. So even though I found some really nice ones here, I must admit that I can't afford them. So I continued looking and saw this one. The first thing I saw was the sale price, which was very encouraging. And then I saw the faucet and it looked great. So I placed an order, hoping that the quality is good despite the price, and I wasn't disappointed. It looks great and works great - great value for money.
