Commercial antique-style infrared touchless faucet with solid brass construction, adjustable sensing, AC/DC power and six coordinated finish options.

✥ Sensor Calibration Procedure? +
Complete sensor commissioning after the basin, countertop and surrounding surfaces are installed. The factory sensing position is approximately 4 to 5 inches and may be adjusted to suit the final lavatory geometry.
◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush the supply piping before final connection, verify the DN15 inlet and outlet connections and inspect the built-in strainer and 50-mesh particle filter before commissioning the electronic valve.
◯ Flow Rate Verification? +
The standard mesh aerator is specified at approximately 2.2 GPM. If discharge becomes restricted, inspect the aerator, inlet filtration, dynamic pressure and supply connections.
↻ Continuous Water Flow Diagnostics? +
Clean the infrared sensing area, remove reflective objects from the detection field and inspect the 6-volt magnet-latching solenoid for debris or incomplete seating. Maximum continuous operation is approximately 60 seconds.

The active infrared neck-mounted sensor uses digital microprocessor control with an adjustable sensing range of approximately 2 to 6 inches. The primary product information also lists a factory position around 4 to 5 inches.

Antique styling normally suggests traditional controls, so combining it with touchless operation creates an interesting alternative for character-driven commercial interiors. The gold treatment gives the faucet enough decorative presence for hotels, restaurants, or club facilities without requiring users to operate an ornate handle. I would be more careful with surface maintenance than with ordinary chrome, since aggressive cleaners can undermine the reason for choosing a specialty finish. That is a reasonable compromise when the goal is modern hygiene functionality without sacrificing a more classical design vocabulary.

Instead of continuing to maintain decorative antique-style faucets that frequently developed coating wear and unstable infrared timing, we installed 11 units of the Antique Gold Faucet across boutique hospitality restroom renovations completed between 2023 and 2025. As of 2026, overall reliability remains strong with minimal servicing requirements.The antique gold finish has retained its appearance exceptionally well despite continuous guest usage and moisture-heavy conditions. Sensor activation also remained highly responsive near reflective countertops and mirrored backsplashes, where earlier decorative faucets frequently experienced false triggering. From a technical servicing perspective, flow timing and shutoff consistency remained highly predictable across all installations. Minor differences in activation sensitivity were observed during initial calibration, but long-term operational performance has remained stable.
