Customer service took longer than expected to answer a straightforward question, and the initial response felt too generic to be particularly helpful. The smart sensor faucet itself has been far more convincing. Automatic operation is convenient in daily use, while the gold appearance gives the fixture a decorative quality rarely associated with sensor faucets. It combines practical functionality with a much stronger visual statement.

Customer service promised to get back to me about a shipping question and apparently forgot. After waiting, I called again and eventually got it handled. Annoying, yes. The gold smart faucet has fortunately been more dependable than that callback. The sensor responds without needing to touch the fixture, and the gold exterior gives the sink a decorative quality I don't normally associate with automatic faucets.
