Lenox Commercial Gold Tone Automatic Sensor Faucet

Reduces the transfer of germs by preventing cross-contamination and re-contamination of germs and bacteria by not touching the faucets or handles. Cut down on water usage by minimizing waste of water while soaping, lathering, scrubbing, and drying hands by eliminating unnecessary and unattended water flow.

Sensor Activated Faucet Special Features:

  • Intelligent: with its micro-computer controlling its action, the faucet will self adjust its best detection zone as per the color and shape of the lavatory

Commercial solid-brass touchless faucet with Infrared AI sensing, adjustable detection, AC/DC power and high-traffic valve control.

✥ Sensor Commissioning Procedure? +
Complete sensor commissioning after the faucet, basin and surrounding reflective surfaces are installed. Verify consistent hand detection throughout the intended washing zone and adjust the sensing field where required.
◇ What Is the Sensor Range? +
The active infrared sensor provides an approximately 2–6 inch programmable sensing range. BathSelect also lists a factory position around 4–5 inches, allowing final calibration for different basin geometries.
◯ What Is the Response Time? +
The Lenox sensor system is specified with an approximately 0.3-second response time. Water shutoff follows approximately 2 seconds after the user leaves the detection field.
↻ Automatic Shutoff Protection? +
The faucet includes an automatic safety shutoff. The standard commercial control is factory configured for approximately 30 seconds, while the anti-vandal protection limits extended continuous operation.
⌁ Operating Water Pressure? +
BathSelect lists approximately 10–125 PSI for the primary commercial operating specification. Stable dynamic pressure should be confirmed after flushing the supply line and before final commissioning.
⌂ Supply Connection Requirement? +
The commercial specification identifies a 1/2-inch NPT male supply inlet. Confirm compatible service connections, flush construction debris from the line and inspect all fittings before energizing the electronic valve.
⚡ Power Supply Options? +
The Lenox supports AC110V and DC6V operation. Battery mode uses four AA alkaline batteries, while the AC configuration supports permanently powered commercial installations.
⌕ Routine Maintenance Requirements? +
Periodically clean the infrared sensor window and aerator, inspect the built-in strainer and supply connections, verify battery condition and confirm complete solenoid shutoff during scheduled maintenance.

Following several luxury hospitality restroom renovations between 2022 and 2024, we installed 13 units of the Lenox Gold Faucet after previous decorative gold fixtures repeatedly developed finish fading and unstable infrared activation near mirrored surfaces. As of 2026, the faucets continue to operate reliably with minimal servicing requirements.The gold-tone finish maintained excellent visual consistency despite heavy guest traffic and continuous cleaning exposure. Sensor responsiveness also remained highly stable during repeated activation cycles without irregular shutoff timing.From a technical maintenance perspective, sensing calibration and flow-control regulation remained highly dependable across installations with varying basin configurations and water-pressure conditions. No recurring electronic failures have been observed.

I like how the sensor works well on this faucet. We've had a couple of sensor faucets before at the bar and they didn't really work as well as this one. The gold finish is good, though I don't think  as  vibrant as is shown in the picture.
