✥ How Does the Sensor Self-Calibration Work? +
The integrated microcomputer automatically evaluates the lavatory color and geometry and adjusts the optimum detection zone accordingly. Complete final commissioning after the basin, countertop, faucet and soap dispenser are installed in their permanent positions.
◇ What Is the Faucet Detection Range? +
The faucet sensing field is adjustable, with the factory setting approximately 4 to 5 inches from the sensor. Extended technical data specifies a programmable approximately 2 to 6 inch operating range, allowing commissioning to match the basin geometry.
◯ How Fast Does the Faucet Respond? +
The active infrared sensor provides approximately 0.3-second response after valid hand detection. Water flow stops approximately 2 seconds after the user exits the sensing field, helping provide responsive operation while reducing unnecessary water use.
↻ How Does the Safety Shutoff Operate? +
The system includes a factory-set approximately 30-second automatic shutoff that can be adjusted. Extended control protection also limits continuous operation to approximately 60 seconds to reduce unattended or vandal-related water discharge.

The coordinated dispenser uses touch-free sensor activation to provide controlled soap delivery without manual contact. Its dispensing system is designed for consistent dosing, drip-resistant output and convenient refilling in high-traffic commercial washrooms.
⌂ How Is the Solenoid Protected From Debris? +
A serviceable built-in strainer helps prevent sediment and foreign material from entering the solenoid valve. During maintenance, isolate the water supply, clean the strainer and inspect the 50-mesh particle filtration before restoring the system to operation.
⚡ What Power Configurations Are Supported? +
The Solo system supports AC110V and DC6V configurations. The faucet may also operate from four AA alkaline batteries depending on the supplied installation package. Verify the transformer, battery and controller arrangement before final electrical commissioning.
⌕ How Should the Faucet and Dispenser Be Maintained? +
Periodically clean both sensor windows, inspect the faucet aerator and inlet strainer, verify solenoid shutoff and check soap delivery for consistent dosing. Maintain accessible space below the counter for power, water, soap reservoir and service components.

Refill access should also remain straightforward for housekeeping personnel because service convenience becomes significant across multiple restrooms. The solo design is gorgeous!!! The sensor reacts very quickly, both on and off. much better than having a regular tap. when I ordered it and had to wait 3 days to get the delivery but looks absolutely fabulous so was well worth it.
