Acquiring an occupied office property left little appetite for extensive restroom reconstruction, yet the existing manual faucets clearly needed modernization. This light oil-rubbed commercial sensor model allowed facilities to introduce hands-free operation while retaining the warmer hardware language already present throughout the building. The retrofit was phased around tenant schedules, and contractors established a repeatable installation sequence after the first floor. Minimal disruption became the project's biggest success. Modern functionality was added without making the acquisition immediately feel like a construction site.

We have ordered 6 Light Oil Rubbed Bronze Infrared Automatic Electronic Commercial Faucets from Bath Select. It is a great-looking faucet for a good price. The light orb finish matches light fixtures, so everything blends nicely. We used this faucets in all the restaurant bathroom renovation.

For a project that required hands-free performance and a finish that would still present well after repeated daily use, the Rose Gold Matte BathSelect Automatic Sensor Faucet (BS1096LRM) proved to be a strong fit. Its sensor response is stable and well-controlled, with a practical activation range that helps reduce false triggering while still keeping handwashing intuitive for users. The body construction feels substantial, and the rose gold matte finish adds both design value and better resistance to visible wear in demanding environments. Serviceability is one of the better aspects here. The unit is designed in a way that supports cleaner installation and more efficient follow-up maintenance, which is important when managing multiple restrooms across one property. A big positive was BathSelect’s customer service. The team gave practical guidance during setup and helped clarify product details quickly, which is valuable when a project schedule is tight. Overall, this model delivers the kind of commercial-grade sensor faucet performance, finish durability, and maintenance efficiency that architects, contractors, and facility teams look for when sourcing a hands-free bathroom fixture. As a Hotel Operations Manager, earlier faucets failed quickly under heavy use. This BathSelect unit has held up without sensor degradation or leaks. Build quality is solid and suited for commercial duty.
