Technical FAQs

Commercial infrared touchless faucet with solid brass construction, adjustable sensing, AC/DC power and five coordinated finish options.

✥ Sensor Calibration Procedure? +
Complete sensor commissioning after the basin, countertop and surrounding accessories are installed. The factory sensing position is approximately 4 to 5 inches from the sensor and can be adjusted to suit the final basin geometry.
◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush the supply line before final connection, confirm service connections are secure and inspect the built-in strainer for debris before commissioning the electronic valve and infrared sensor.
◯ Flow Rate Verification? +
The extended technical specification identifies a 2.2 GPM standard mesh aerator. If flow is restricted, inspect the aerator, particle filtration, inlet pressure and supply connections.
↻ Continuous Water Flow Diagnostics? +
Clean the infrared sensor window, remove reflective objects from the sensing field and inspect the solenoid valve for debris or incomplete seating. The factory automatic shutoff is approximately 30 seconds and can be adjusted.
⌁ Sensor Detection Range? +
The sensing field is adjustable during commissioning. BathSelect specifies a factory reference around 4 to 5 inches and also lists an approximately 25 cm detection zone under its standard test condition.
⌂ Operating Water Pressure? +
The primary product data specifies approximately 10 to 125 PSI, while the technical table also lists 0.05 to 0.7 MPa. Maintain stable dynamic pressure during final commissioning.
⚡ Power Supply Options? +
The sensor system supports AC and DC configurations. BathSelect lists DC6V operation together with AC power capability, while the extended specification also references four AA alkaline batteries.
⌕ Routine Maintenance Requirements? +
Periodically clean the infrared sensor window and aerator, inspect the built-in strainer and particle filter, remove mineral buildup and verify reliable solenoid shutoff during scheduled maintenance.

of 5 Warmth Changes Everything Tuesday, August 25, 2026
Reviewer: Caleb Montrose from La Jolla, CA
Light oil-rubbed bronze immediately makes this faucet feel less institutional, which is surprisingly important in restaurants and hospitality spaces. Touchless fixtures often lean heavily toward a clinical appearance, whereas this finish can sit naturally alongside warmer stone, wood tones, and traditional detailing. It does require sensible cleaning because aggressive products can be hard on decorative surfaces. That extra care is the main trade-off. For projects where appearance matters alongside hands-free convenience, the warmer character gives this model a clear reason to exist.

5 of 5 Looks and works excellent. Easy to install Saturday, January 14, 2023
Reviewer: Sight and Sound Theatres from Tacoma, Washington
This is the best touchless sensor faucet and soap dispenser combo. I've had another different brand, but this is worth the price. Delivery was fast ! I find this one worth the price, quality and performance, you can even adjust the soap dispenser quantity ... more or less, depending on what you want or what you use it for and the same for the sensor faucet. I bought 9 sets of it for hotel bathrooms

This model was installed in a demanding setting and responded well. The BathSelect Looks and works excellent. Easy to install (Model BS-209LRB) demonstrated consistent sensor activation and controlled water flow. The solid brass construction supports durability, while the finish maintains its appearance under frequent use.

Installation was straightforward with standard connections, and the internal components allow for easy maintenance access. The sensor response is well-balanced, avoiding false triggers while ensuring user convenience.
