✥ Sensor Calibration Procedure? +
Complete sensor commissioning after the basin, countertop and surrounding accessories are installed. The factory sensing position is approximately 4 to 5 inches and can be adjusted to coordinate with the final lavatory geometry.
◇ Thermostatic Temperature Control? +
The Chatue incorporates temperature-control capability for hot and cold water integration. Verify the mixed water temperature during commissioning and confirm that both supply connections remain correctly oriented and accessible for service.
◯ Flow Rate Verification? +
BathSelect specifies approximately 1.5 GPM for the Chatue sensor faucet. If discharge becomes restricted, inspect the outlet, built-in strainer, available dynamic pressure and supply connections.
↻ Continuous Water Flow Diagnostics? +
Clean the infrared sensor window, remove reflective objects from the detection field and inspect the solenoid valve for contamination or incomplete seating. The factory automatic shutoff is approximately 30 seconds and can be adjusted.
⌁ Sensor Detection Range? +
The infrared sensing field is adjustable during commissioning. BathSelect lists a factory position around 4 to 5 inches and a nominal 25 cm detection reference based on its standard inductive-board test.

During several transportation hub restroom upgrades completed between 2023 and 2025, we replaced older hands-free faucets that repeatedly developed unstable infrared zones and delayed shutoff response during peak occupancy periods.The Chatue Chrome maintained highly dependable activation timing under continuous public usage. Its infrared sensing module reacted quickly without excessive false triggering, while the brass internal valve assembly handled repeated high-cycle operation more effectively than earlier commercial fixtures we had serviced. Water delivery also remained smooth and controlled without pressure pulsing.One technical improvement became particularly noticeable during long-term operation: the faucet maintained stable sensor performance despite fluctuating restroom lighting conditions and varying sink configurations. This significantly reduced recalibration requirements across multiple installations.

We had a contractor install it three months ago and we've been enjoying it thus far. This faucet is of good quality. Unlike other current faucet sets, this one is composed of real metal rather than chrome-plated plastic. Heavy brass with a thick chrome coating.

It arrived as promised. Was extremely well-wrapped. We got it installed in our office building. We liked how the faucet was also packed so that no scratches would emerge. It was simple to install. The water pressure is good. The temperature level is on the side; if you require hotter or cooler water, you can easily adjust the water's sensor.
