We installed 16 deck-mounted automatic soap dispensers across hospitality and healthcare restroom modernization projects between 2022 and 2025, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained noticeably stronger than earlier deck-mounted dispensing systems previously maintained in comparable high-traffic environments. Older commercial dispensers repeatedly developed unstable infrared activation near reflective sink surfaces, inconsistent soap output during continuous public usage, and delayed shutoff timing that caused ongoing maintenance complaints, whereas this dispenser maintained highly dependable motion detection with smooth and balanced dispensing performance throughout heavy daily operation. Previous deck-mounted systems also required repeated recalibration because of fluctuating refill-pressure conditions and changing ambient lighting exposure, while this unit maintained substantially stronger activation stability with fewer servicing interruptions overall. Maintenance teams initially performed minor sensitivity refinements on several compact basin installations, but once standardized the dispensing consistency, infrared timing stability, and long-term operational reliability remained highly dependable across all installed facilities.
