✥ How Should the Sensor Range Be Commissioned? +
The infrared sensing distance is adjustable from approximately 12 to 18 cm. Complete final commissioning after the basin, countertop and surrounding reflective surfaces are installed, then set the detection field for reliable hand activation without unintended triggering.
◇ How Does the Waterfall Outlet Control Flow? +
The wide waterfall outlet distributes the approximately 1.8 GPM discharge into a broad sheet rather than a narrow aerated stream. Correct basin positioning and stable inlet pressure help maintain even flow while reducing excessive splash around the washing zone.
◯ What Water Pressure Range Is Supported? +
BathSelect specifies approximately 0.05 to 0.8 MPa operating pressure. Flush the supply before final connection and confirm stable dynamic pressure at the G1/2 inlet before commissioning the electronic valve and waterfall outlet.
↻ How Does Automatic Water Shutoff Work? +
When hands enter the programmed infrared detection zone, the electronic controller opens the valve automatically. Once the user's hands leave the sensing field, the valve closes automatically to limit unnecessary water use and support hygienic hands-free operation.

The tracking information showed no movement for several days, yet there was no proactive explanation about what was happening. I eventually called for clarification. The faucet itself has considerably more character than the shipping experience. Its oil-rubbed bronze finish brings warmth to the commercial wash area, while the waterfall outlet creates a distinctive presentation that doesn't resemble an ordinary institutional fixture.

Following several luxury hospitality restroom renovations completed between 2022 and 2024, we installed 18 units of this waterfall sensor faucet across boutique hotel properties. As of 2026, the units continue to operate reliably with minimal servicing requirements. Only one faucet required sensor recalibration, and no finish deterioration or valve failures have been reported. The waterfall-style flow pattern has remained smooth and evenly distributed without excessive splashback around vessel sinks, while the oil-rubbed bronze finish continues to resist oxidation and cleaning-related wear under daily commercial use. Infrared responsiveness also remained highly stable near reflective countertops and decorative mirror installations, where earlier waterfall systems frequently produced false triggering. From a technical operations standpoint, consistency in flow-channel pressure regulation and shutoff timing has remained uniform across all installed units. Minor differences in activation sensitivity were noted between early and later production batches, but overall operational performance has remained highly predictable throughout continuous hospitality usage.

We chose this faucet specifically because we didn't want the lobby restrooms to feel like generic commercial spaces. Unfortunately, the tracking situation created some uncertainty right before the scheduled installation. The finished result was much better than the delivery experience. The oil-rubbed bronze finish adds warmth to the vanity area, while the waterfall flow gives guests something more distinctive than the standard sensor faucets used elsewhere on the property.
