No tracking information arrived when expected, and my first request for an update didn't receive a useful response. I eventually got the shipment details, but communication could certainly improve. The gold commercial faucet itself looks excellent. Its waterfall outlet gives the wash area a distinctive feature, while the gold treatment makes the fixture feel much more design-oriented than typical commercial restroom hardware.

Tracking showed up after I had already started wondering what happened to the order. Not disastrous, just unnecessarily vague. We installed the faucet in a client-facing restroom and the reaction has been surprisingly positive. The gold finish gets noticed immediately, while the waterfall flow keeps it from looking like every other automatic commercial faucet. The product has considerably more personality than the shipping process did.
