For several days I couldn't get a dependable delivery estimate, and the changing information made planning more difficult than necessary. I would have preferred one realistic date from the beginning. The brushed nickel waterfall faucet turned things around once received. The finish is understated and versatile, while the waterfall outlet gives this commercial fixture enough personality to make the wash area feel intentionally designed.

After several executive office restroom upgrades exposed recurring problems with waterfall faucets producing uneven flow patterns and splashback, we installed 14 units of the Nickel Waterfall Faucet across multiple commercial properties between 2021 and 2024. As of 2026, the faucets continue to operate consistently with very limited maintenance servicing. The brushed nickel finish maintained excellent resistance to spotting and chemical-cleaning exposure, while the waterfall-style water delivery remained smooth and balanced without excessive basin splash. Infrared activation also remained highly dependable during repeated daily usage. From a technical operations perspective, flow-channel pressure regulation and sensor timing remained highly stable between all installed units. Minor stream variation was observed in locations with inconsistent inlet pressure, but overall user experience remained remarkably uniform.
