↻ AC/DC Power Configuration? +
The faucet supports an AC transformer connection or DC battery operation using four AA alkaline batteries. This provides flexibility for both new commercial installations and retrofit applications.
⌁ Adjustable Sensor Range? +
The infrared sensing field is adjustable from approximately 4 to 12 inches. The factory position is approximately 4 inches, allowing final adjustment for basin depth, spout reach and surrounding reflective surfaces.

3 of 5 Concerns Turned Satisfaction Saturday, July 18, 2026
Reviewer: Justin Parker from Tacoma, WA
Tracking information was inaccurate at one stage, which created unnecessary concern about where the shipment actually was. Customer service eventually clarified the situation, although earlier communication would have helped. Once received, the faucet gave me much more confidence in the purchase. The chrome finish looks clean and professional, while motion-sensor activation makes the fixture particularly appropriate for a busy commercial restroom.

4 of 5 Smart Sensor Control Saturday, May 2, 2026
Reviewer: Damian Holt, Systems Engineer from Dallas, TX
After several airport restroom modernization projects exposed recurring reliability issues with lower-grade chrome fixtures, we transitioned to 18 units of the Chrome Brass Faucet between 2021 and 2024. As of 2026, operational consistency remains highly dependable with very limited servicing requirements. The brass-and-chrome construction maintained excellent resistance against corrosion and cleaning-related wear despite continuous public usage. Infrared responsiveness also remained highly stable during rapid repeated activations without delayed shutoff behavior. From a technical servicing perspective, internal valve timing and flow-control consistency remained highly uniform across facilities operating under varying supply-pressure conditions. No significant electronic failures have occurred since installation.

4 of 5 Auto Sensor Regulation Sunday, February 8, 2026
Reviewer: AutoFlow Systems from San Jose, CA
The other brand that we were installing of commercial sensor faucets, delayed activation often resulted in inefficiencies. This unit corrects that with rapid-response sensing and optimized flow rate. It operates through hybrid power systems. The solid brass internals ensure durability exceeding plated sensor fixtures.
