During several healthcare and executive-office restroom modernization projects completed between 2022 and 2025, earlier stainless-steel automatic dispensers repeatedly developed unstable infrared activation, inconsistent dispensing control, and delayed shutoff timing during continuous public usage, leading us to install this deck-mounted sensor unit, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained substantially stronger than previous stainless-steel commercial fixtures maintained in comparable environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective countertop exposure and fluctuating refill pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this dispenser maintained steadier activation timing with smoother dispensing consistency throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance teams also reported fewer interruption-related servicing requests after installation. One compact sink setup required slight sensitivity refinements during setup, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and dispensing reliability remained highly dependable overall.
