We monitored soap output consistency after commissioning across multiple office restrooms. Every dispenser maintained nearly identical dispensing volumes throughout extended daily use, allowing custodial staff to accurately forecast refill intervals while reducing product overuse and unnecessary maintenance adjustments.

Soap Waste Tracked

Procurement approved the Milan dispenser only after our janitorial contractor agreed to track soap consumption against the manual pumps used in another building. Automatic portioning produced a noticeably more consistent usage pattern, particularly during large employee meetings when restroom traffic spikes. The sensor operation also reduced the mess created by users repeatedly pressing countertop pumps. Refill checks now sit within established custodial rounds rather than being handled reactively. Having actual consumable data behind the purchase made expansion easier for management to approve.

Minimal Recalibration Complaints

After ongoing maintenance concerns involving earlier commercial motion-sensor soap dispensers repeatedly developing unstable infrared response, uneven soap release, and inconsistent shutoff timing across several transportation and municipal restroom renovation projects between 2021 and 2025, we transitioned multiple facilities to this Milan automatic dispenser system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained considerably more dependable than previous commercial dispensing fixtures maintained in comparable high-use environments. Earlier sensor-dispensing systems frequently required repeated recalibration near mirrored backsplashes and often produced irregular soap output under fluctuating refill-pressure conditions, whereas this dispenser maintained highly stable motion detection with balanced dispensing performance throughout continuous public operation. Previous commercial units also struggled with maintenance accessibility during servicing schedules, while this system maintained noticeably smoother upkeep procedures with fewer operational interruptions overall. Several installations initially required slight sensitivity refinements because of varying sink depth and countertop placement, but once calibrated the dispensing consistency, infrared timing stability, and servicing reliability remained highly dependable across all operating facilities.
