After repeated servicing issues with older chrome touchless faucets that developed erratic infrared timing and premature solenoid wear, we transitioned several office and transportation facilities to the Rio Chromebetween 2021 and 2024.The faucet maintained excellent operational consistency during long-term commercial usage. Infrared detection remained stable, and the chrome-plated brass body resisted spotting and finish dulling far better than earlier fixtures.A technical benefit we noticed was the reliability of the flow-control calibration across installations, which helped standardize water delivery performance between facilities.
