Technical FAQs

Commercial infrared sensor faucet and automatic soap dispenser with solid brass construction, adjustable sensing, AC/DC power and five coordinated finish options.

✥ Sensor Calibration Procedure? +
Complete sensor commissioning after the basin, countertop and surrounding accessories are installed. The factory sensing position is approximately 4 to 5 inches and can be adjusted to coordinate with the final lavatory geometry.
◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush the supply line before final connection, verify the DN15 inlet and outlet connections, inspect the built-in strainer for debris and confirm secure hoses before commissioning the electronic valve assembly.
◯ Faucet and Dispenser Commissioning? +
Commission the touchless faucet and automatic soap dispenser independently. Confirm reliable water activation, controlled soap delivery and complete shutoff after hands leave each sensing field.
↻ Continuous Water Flow Diagnostics? +
Clean the infrared sensor window, remove reflective objects from the detection field and inspect the solenoid valve for contamination or incomplete seating. The factory automatic shutoff is approximately 30 seconds.
⌁ Sensor Detection Range? +
The infrared sensing field is adjustable during commissioning. BathSelect specifies approximately 4 to 5 inches as the factory position and also lists a nominal 25 cm detection reference under standard inductive-board conditions.
⌂ Operating Water Pressure? +
The primary product specification lists approximately 10 to 125 PSI, while the technical data also specifies 0.05 to 0.7 MPa. Maintain stable dynamic inlet pressure during commissioning.
⚡ Power Supply Options? +
The sensor faucet supports AC110V and DC6V operation with AC/DC capability. Battery operation uses four AA alkaline batteries, allowing the system to support new and retrofit installations.
⌕ Routine Maintenance Requirements? +
Periodically clean the faucet and dispenser sensor windows, inspect the built-in strainer, remove mineral or particulate buildup and verify reliable solenoid opening, soap dispensing and automatic shutoff.

Reviewer: Nolan Holloway, Consultant from Knoxville, TN
Installed in a public administration facility operating six days each week, this faucet has completed more than a year of continuous service without unexpected operational downtime. Reliable sensor performance has allowed facility engineers to schedule maintenance around planned inspections instead of responding to emergency repair requests.

5 of 5 Reliability Stronger Monday, March 30, 2026
Reviewer: Arabella Whitmore, Systems Consultant from Eureka Springs, AR
We installed this touchless faucet and soap dispenser system during a luxury commercial restroom renovation completed in 2023 and have monitored performance through 2026. Previous decorative touchless units frequently experienced sensor inconsistencies and required ongoing maintenance to maintain reliable operation. Since installation, this model has maintained stable sensor responsiveness, dependable dispensing performance, and strong operational uptime. Maintenance personnel have reported fewer service requests related to activation failures and calibration adjustments. The light oil-rubbed bronze finish has also retained its appearance well despite continuous use and routine cleaning schedules.
