Gunmetal Aurelia helped our automotive headquarters move beyond the predictable chrome-and-black palette used in earlier renovations. The finish relates naturally to exposed structural metals and darker interior detailing while retaining enough refinement for executive and visitor areas. Design leadership tested it first in a client conference suite, then facilities reviewed the installation from an ownership perspective before wider adoption. Both teams supported expansion. The resulting washrooms feel connected to the company's industrial identity without becoming literal or overly themed.

Gunmetal gray is arguably the most technical-looking Aurelia finish, and this variant also carries the collection's most interesting functional distinction: BathSelect describes thermostatic temperature control alongside two-handle operation. The published specification lists solid-brass construction, a ceramic-disc cartridge, three-hole deck mounting, and 1.2–1.5 GPM at 60 PSI. BathSelect That gives the darker industrial appearance a credible engineering counterpart rather than relying on finish alone. Gunmetal also offers more metallic depth than flat black, which helps the faucet work with concrete, charcoal stone, stainless accents, and darker architectural palettes. I would still confirm the thermostatic installation requirements from the project documentation before specifying at scale. Visually and mechanically, though, this is one of the more technically interesting Aurelia configurations.
