First off, the faucet is really great. I love the design and I actually think that  one of the best bathtub faucets that  seen so far. However, the reason  getting a low rating is because of the slow shipping services of the supplier. It took much, much longer to deliver than I expected, and the staff wasn't of any help at all when I called them up to follow up on my order. I don't know what went wrong because even they had no idea what was going on.

Everything about this faucet is just great, but more importantly is the quality and craftsmanship. I was talking to the plumber who was installing this for us and he said that  one of the better faucets he's seen. The build and composition looks solid, and the finish is absolutely gorgeous. I'd definitely recommend this one.

4 of 5 Great faucet but the handheld shower had issues February 14, 2021

We ordered this set for our bathroom a few weeks ago, and had it installed immediately the weekend after it arrived. The whole set looked lovely on tub, and its antique finish and the overall design complemented the whole design of the bathroom. Everything in this set worked well except for the handheld shower. There are times when the water pressure is too weak, and sometimes instead of a continuous stream of water, we got drips instead. We called the site for a replacement, and they sent one a few weeks after. Everything's fine now, but I still hope that there won't be anymore problems with their products in our next purchase, and that they'll respond faster to customer's issues.

I must admit, the picture wasn't very appealing. The color looked bland, but I decided to buy it anyway because I like the overall appeal. Well, imagine my surprise when we opened it. The antique brass finish looks really great. The white trims also looked perfect. Everything works well, too. Great product all in all.
