On the Roman Chrome setup, on a custom bath project, the spray distribution, valve response, and build quality were better than the lower-cost system we replaced. Support sent install notes and parts confirmation quickly; they stayed on the line through commissioning. The crate arrived square and well padded. It was a clear upgrade in consistency and service. I would specify it again.

Six Months Later, It Still Feels Like a Luxury Spa Every Day! We installed this Roman Chrome Multi-Color LED Rainfall Shower Set a little over six months ago during our master bathroom renovation, and it has exceeded our expectations.
