Before specifying the BST-201L for hospitality renovations between 2021 and 2025, we had experienced recurring problems with touchless faucets that developed delayed response times and inconsistent temperature regulation after extended guest usage. The Bravat Trio system solved many of those concerns through more dependable infrared activation and smoother flow management. Internal valve performance remained stable, and the chrome finish held up exceptionally well in high-moisture environments with heavy daily traffic. Across multiple hotel properties, maintenance requirements stayed low, and replacement components remained compatible between production batches, helping standardize servicing procedures.

We purchased ten sets from Bath Select, and they arrived quickly. We required touchless items like this Bravat Trio Commercial Automatic Motion Sensor Faucet in all public areas, and we also wanted to replace it in our office. The fact that no one touches this faucet further demonstrates its efficacy as a public hygienic solution. Works wonderfully

Installing and operating flawlessly is easy with commercial quality. The sensation is still excellent! If it is installed correctly, the water temperature regulating feature performs better. Although the quality is nice, we hope it will endure longer.
