✥ Sensor Calibration Procedure? +
Complete sensor commissioning after the basin, countertop and surrounding surfaces are installed. The factory sensing position is approximately 4 to 5 inches and may be adjusted to suit the final lavatory geometry.
◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush the supply piping before final connection, verify the DN15 inlet and outlet connections and inspect the built-in strainer and particle filter before commissioning the solenoid valve assembly.
◯ Flow Rate Verification? +
The primary Platinum specification lists approximately 1.3 GPM. If discharge becomes restricted, inspect the aerator, inlet filtration, dynamic pressure and supply connections.
↻ Continuous Water Flow Diagnostics? +
Clean the infrared sensing area, remove reflective objects from the detection field and inspect the 6-volt magnet-latching solenoid for debris or incomplete seating. Maximum continuous operation is approximately 60 seconds.

Following several healthcare restroom modernization projects completed between 2022 and 2024, we installed 15 units of the Platinum Nickel Faucet across rehabilitation and assisted-care facilities. As of 2026, the faucets continue to operate reliably with only minor maintenance servicing required.The thermostatic mixing system maintained stable water temperature despite fluctuations in building supply pressure, while the brushed nickel finish resisted spotting and disinfectant-related wear exceptionally well under continuous daily usage. Sensor responsiveness also remained highly accurate during repeated activation cycles without delayed shutoff behavior.From a technical operations standpoint, thermal regulation consistency and infrared calibration remained highly uniform across all installed units. Minor differences in temperature adjustment sensitivity were observed between early and later production batches, but overall operational performance remained dependable throughout long-term use.”
