The order confirmation wasn't as clear as I expected, and getting the details verified required contacting customer service again. A promised follow-up regarding my shipment never happened, so after waiting I ended up contacting the company again myself. That unnecessary extra step left a poor impression. The tall sensor faucet has been much easier to appreciate. Its white-and-gold styling works particularly well with the basin we selected, and the extra height gives the entire setup a more architectural look.
