Antique brass gives this HexaGrace version a stronger traditional identity than the softer brushed variants, making it particularly appropriate where the faucet is meant to reinforce warm stone, timber tones, detailed cabinetry, or heritage-inspired interiors. I would avoid surrounding it with too many imitation antique finishes, however. A fixture with this much character generally looks better when adjacent materials support it rather than compete with it. The HexaGrace platform itself uses the more substantial visual rhythm of a central spout with separate hot and cold controls, which suits the antique treatment particularly well. It is not trying to disappear into the countertop. Instead, it turns familiar two-handle operation into an architectural feature while keeping everyday temperature and flow adjustment immediately understandable.

Member feedback on our initial restroom concept was surprisingly consistent—the contemporary fixtures looked too sharp against the club's traditional interiors. Switching to the antique-brass HexaGrace corrected the imbalance without forcing changes to the stone or cabinetry already approved. Its warmer character feels established rather than newly installed, an important distinction in a property where members notice alterations quickly. Management has since used the completed room as the reference for another clubhouse renovation. Acceptance from both members and facilities made the specification easy to repeat.
