Champagne bronze gives HexaGrace a softer, more nuanced warmth than conventional bright gold, and that makes the substantial three-piece layout surprisingly easy to integrate into a sophisticated bathroom. BathSelect specifies solid-brass construction, ceramic-disc control, independent hot and cold handles, three-hole deck mounting, and approximately 1.2–1.5 GPM at 60 PSI. BathSelect Those are straightforward mechanical choices, which I appreciate because the finish already provides plenty of visual interest. I would pair champagne bronze with warm white stone, cream surfaces, or restrained timber rather than adding several other statement metals nearby. The faucet has enough presence on its own. Overall, this variation manages to look luxurious without crossing into the overly polished, showroom-only appearance that some gold fixtures can develop.

Residential Amenities Elevated

Prospective residents tour the clubhouse before seeing many apartment finishes, making its washrooms more important to leasing than their square footage suggests. Champagne bronze HexaGrace fixtures gave the amenity package a softer premium character that works particularly well with the limestone-look counters and warm lighting. Leasing teams began mentioning the upgraded bathrooms during property tours without being prompted by management. Facilities has also found the specification manageable in regular service. When a design element supports both presentation and everyday ownership, the premium becomes easier to justify.
