I was a bit disappointed when this first came to me since one of the jets were missing. I know it couldn't have been lost in the transportation since the whole box was packed well. I called them up for the missing piece and it came about a week later. Just glad that I got the missing jet.

Pay attention to where inlets are placed and follow assembly directions. Measure for the wall or tile installation and you'll be good to go.

I was looking at this one and the other body jet sprays here, and I thought I'd like to go contrarian and order this one instead of the usual looking ones. Well, I couldn't be any happier. This one not only looks great, but it also works very, very well. I love how it looks in my shower, feels like very modern and contemporary.

a good product and the cheapest option we found. There are probably better ones out there if you want to spend a ton, but perfect for us, and can't fault how well it works. Did take a while to come though and had to ring Bath Select in the end to find out where it was. But overall pleased with it
