For a hospitality order, I expected more proactive communication after the sale. Instead, the order status remained unclear until I contacted the company myself for an update. The product ultimately left the stronger impression. The automatic functionality works well for a guest-facing restroom, and the contemporary waterfall design gives the fixture enough visual presence for an upscale hospitality setting.

Delivery took longer than the original expectation, and there wasn't much communication while I was waiting. I had to request an update rather than receiving one automatically, which was disappointing for a hospitality-oriented purchase. The faucet itself made a much better impression once it arrived. The contemporary waterfall design looks refined in the suite bathroom and the automatic operation adds a useful touch-free feature.
