For a hospitality purchase, I expected better communication once payment was completed. The order status stayed unclear until I reached out myself, and getting a useful update took another message. The brushed gold waterfall faucet ultimately gave me a much better impression. Its warm finish looks particularly good in our upgraded guest restrooms, and the waterfall styling adds the upscale character we wanted.

The faucet didn't arrive in time for the installation slot we had reserved, so we had to rearrange the contractor's schedule. What bothered me most was not receiving an early warning that the shipment was running behind. Once we finally had it installed, the brushed gold waterfall faucet looked right at home in the hospitality space. The finish has a premium presence, and the waterfall flow gives the sink a memorable finishing touch.
