My responsibility extended beyond installation because I also trained the homeowners on using every touch-panel feature correctly. I expected occasional support requests as they became familiar with the system, yet none ever arrived. During later visits, they demonstrated every function confidently and mentioned the controls had become completely intuitive within the first week. Nearly twenty-two months after completion, the shower continues operating reliably without resets, software concerns, or service appointments, making it one of the smoothest technology transitions I've observed.
