Technical FAQs

Commercial freestanding infrared faucet and automatic soap dispenser with solid brass construction, AC/DC power, smart sensing and four coordinated finish options.

✥ Sensor Calibration Procedure? +
Complete sensor commissioning after the basin, countertop and surrounding accessories are installed. The micro-computer-controlled infrared system automatically establishes its detection zone according to the final lavatory shape and surface characteristics.
◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush the water supply before final connection, verify all supplied hoses and fittings are secure and inspect the inlet path for debris before commissioning the electronic solenoid assembly.
◯ Faucet and Dispenser Commissioning? +
Commission the automatic faucet and soap dispenser independently. Verify consistent water activation, controlled soap output and reliable shutoff after hands leave each respective infrared sensing field.
↻ Continuous Water Flow Diagnostics? +
Clean the infrared sensor area, remove reflective objects from the detection field and inspect the solenoid valve for contamination or incomplete seating. The faucet incorporates an approximately 30-second adjustable automatic shutoff.
⌁ How Does Sensor Detection Operate? +
The system uses an Infrared AI smart-chip with micro-computer control. The sensing electronics self-adjust the detection zone according to the color and geometry of the installed lavatory.
⌂ Operating Water Pressure? +
BathSelect specifies approximately 10 to 125 PSI, or 0.5 to 7.0 KGS/cm². Maintain stable dynamic pressure during commissioning for consistent water delivery and reliable solenoid response.
⚡ Power Supply Options? +
The freestanding dual sensor system supports AC110V and DC6V operation with AC/DC capability. Confirm the selected hardwired or battery-backed power configuration before final commissioning.
⌕ Routine Maintenance Requirements? +
Periodically clean the faucet and dispenser sensor windows, inspect supply connections and outlets, remove mineral or particulate buildup and confirm reliable water and soap activation with complete shutoff.

of 5 Pairing Feels Intentional Tuesday, August 18, 2026
Reviewer: Patricia Holcomb from El Paso, TX
The value of this dual automatic arrangement is not simply having two sensors; it is making soap and water feel like parts of the same wash sequence. Dark oil-rubbed bronze also gives both components a consistent appearance that suits warmer hospitality interiors particularly well. The system deserves careful setup so users can reach for soap without unintentionally activating water and vice versa. Refill access should be convenient too. Those practical details matter more than novelty, and when handled properly the coordinated arrangement feels considerably more resolved than separately sourced fixtures.

5 of 5 Coordination Problems Eliminated Monday, May 18, 2026
Reviewer: Elliot Ramsey, Consultant from Salem, OR
We selected this dual-unit platform after experiencing synchronization issues between separate faucet and dispenser systems from another manufacturer. After twelve months in service across our municipal offices, both sensors continue operating independently with consistent timing, allowing preventive maintenance to remain entirely schedule-based.
