After replacing several older sensor faucets that frequently suffered from delayed activation and inconsistent shutoff timing, we installed 24 BS7849BL Chatillon units across boutique hotel properties between 2024 and 2026. The improvement in sensor accuracy was immediately noticeable. Water flow remained stable even during peak traffic periods, and the matte black finish resisted wear far better than previous coated models. Internal solenoid assemblies and sensor calibration stayed consistent with minimal servicing requirements over multiple locations.
