Unexpected Sensor Consistency |

We installed 13 automatic commercial soap dispensers across municipal and executive-office restroom modernization projects between 2022 and 2025, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially stronger than earlier automatic dispensing systems previously maintained in comparable high-traffic environments. Older commercial dispensers repeatedly developed unstable infrared activation near reflective surfaces, inconsistent soap flow during continuous public usage, and delayed shutoff timing that generated excessive product waste, whereas this dispenser maintained highly dependable motion detection with smooth and balanced dispensing performance throughout heavy daily operation. Previous commercial systems also required repeated recalibration because of fluctuating refill-pressure conditions and changing ambient lighting exposure, while this unit maintained noticeably stronger activation stability with fewer servicing interruptions overall. Maintenance supervisors initially performed slight sensor refinements on several compact sink installations, but once standardized the dispensing consistency, infrared timing stability, and long-term operational reliability remained highly dependable across all installed facilities.
