I always evaluate manufacturers by how well they support products years after installation rather than only during the purchase process. While preparing maintenance documentation for this Genoa shower, I requested replacement component information so the homeowner would have accurate records for future servicing. BathSelect support immediately identified every serviceable part, including cartridges, seals, handheld components, and replacement assemblies, while providing detailed exploded diagrams and part references. That level of documentation impressed both the homeowner and our maintenance contractor. Fortunately, none of those components have been needed because the shower continues performing flawlessly, but knowing replacement parts remain readily available provides valuable long-term ownership confidence.
