While commissioning this LED wall-mounted designer shower, I noticed the LED illumination was not activating because the incoming supply pressure was below the recommended operating range. BathSelect technical support immediately identified the cause after reviewing my installation photos and explained how the integrated water-powered generator functions. They also provided updated troubleshooting documentation and confirmed the acceptable pressure range before I made unnecessary plumbing changes.
