Tracking information arrived later than it should have, leaving me uncertain about the shipment for part of the process. I eventually contacted customer service instead of continuing to guess. Customer service was the disappointing part of this purchase. I had difficulty getting a useful response and felt like I was chasing an answer to a fairly simple order question. The actual waterfall sensor faucet, however, stood out once installed. The automatic activation is convenient and the waterfall-style flow gives the basin a more distinctive look than a conventional commercial faucet.
