During several executive office and hospitality restroom renovations completed between 2022 and 2024, we replaced older widespread touchless faucets that repeatedly developed uneven flow distribution and delayed infrared response.The Widespread Luxury delivered substantially stronger long-term operational consistency. Its widespread configuration improved sink usability and spacing flexibility, while the brushed nickel finish resisted corrosion and maintenance-related wear exceptionally well during continuous guest usage. Infrared activation also remained highly accurate with very little recalibration required.A technical advantage we observed was the stability of the internal flow-control assembly under fluctuating inlet pressure conditions, which maintained smoother water delivery and more consistent shutoff timing between fixtures.
