Before turning this thermostatic shower system over to the homeowners, I contacted BathSelect to better understand warranty coverage, replacement procedures, and future service options. Instead of receiving a generic policy summary, I was provided with detailed warranty documentation, replacement timelines, maintenance recommendations, and direct technical contact information for future assistance. That transparency gave my clients immediate confidence in their investment. Today, almost two years later, the thermostatic valve continues maintaining stable temperatures, the rainfall shower performs consistently at approximately 2.5 GPM, and no warranty service has been required. Honest communication before any issue develops demonstrates genuine confidence in product quality.
