I believe premium customer service should continue well beyond product delivery, so I intentionally contacted BathSelect several months after completing this installation with questions about recommended cleaning products and future maintenance planning. The response arrived the same day with practical guidance, finish care recommendations, warranty references, and direct contact information for future technical assistance. That experience gave both my client and me tremendous confidence in the manufacturer's long-term commitment. Nearly two years later, the shower still performs beautifully with dependable temperature regulation, smooth diverter action, and a corrosion-resistant rose gold finish that looks almost identical to installation day. Excellent customer support has become another reason I continue recommending BathSelect.
