Their support team responded promptly with detailed recommendations, updated maintenance literature, and direct technical contacts should assistance ever be required. They even followed up afterward to ensure every concern had been resolved. Nearly two years later, the shower continues performing beautifully with stable temperature control, precise ceramic valve operation, and an elegant rose gold finish that still looks newly installed. Consistent customer care has become one of the strongest reasons I continue recommending the brand.
