I inspect completed residential plumbing systems long after builders leave the project, so recurring problems become obvious very quickly. Exposed tub and shower combinations often develop loose diverters, inconsistent temperature control, or cosmetic deterioration after extended use. This installation has done exactly the opposite. During my latest inspection, the diverter engaged positively every time, the ceramic valve maintained excellent temperature consistency, and the rose gold finish showed virtually no signs of wear despite everyday family use. Even the homeowner commented they had completely forgotten about the fixture because it has never required adjustment, repair, or warranty attention since commissioning, which is exactly what long-term quality should deliver.
