I keep a spreadsheet tracking post-completion homeowner visits because it quickly identifies products that create unnecessary work. This remote-controlled thermostatic shower barely appears in those records. Aside from a courtesy follow-up shortly after occupancy, there simply hasn't been a reason to return. The owners recently contacted me for an unrelated renovation and casually mentioned the shower had become the most dependable fixture in the house. Hearing that kind of unsolicited feedback is valuable because it comes after thousands of real-world operating cycles rather than controlled showroom demonstrations.
